Ebony Amara, also known as Indian Ebony or Ceylon Ebony, is a hardwood native to Southern India and Sri Lanka.
Ebony Amara is noted for its heavy fine-grained heartwood which ranges in colour from densely dark shades of black through to warm browns, forming attractive natural stripes in varying widths. Its classical decorative appearance and exceptionally smooth sheen combined with its rarity makes it one the most exquisite woods in the Bark & Rock range.
This particular veneer is limited edition - sourced from old and rare stock and once that is exhausted we will not be selling this range again.
