Vavona burr is harvested from majestic Redwood or Sequoia trees, native to the Pacific coast of North America. They are among the tallest trees in the world reaching heights of over 100 metres.
Vavona burr is an elegant veneer which features alluringly dense and fine patterning in tones that range from light cherry to dark mahogany. These reflect the distinctive colours of the legendary trees’ heartwood which blends beautifully with a lighter toned sapwood.
